Using Vendiac

You must use Vendiac lawfully, provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you report unauthorized access promptly.

Businesses and listings

Business owners remain responsible for their products, descriptions, prices, fulfillment, customer communications and legal obligations. Publishing a business product to the Marketplace is a separate action and does not transfer ownership of that product to Vendiac.

Orders and payments

Checkout availability, payment methods, taxes, shipping terms, returns and refunds may vary by seller, product and destination. The applicable information must be shown before an order is confirmed.

Platform standards

• Do not upload unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content.
• Do not interfere with platform security, availability or other users.
• Do not misuse customer information or send unauthorized communications.
• Do not represent a product, price, inventory level or delivery promise inaccurately.

Vendiac may restrict content or account access where needed to protect customers, businesses or the platform.
